Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to Razzoo’s Cajun Café (“Razzoo’s”) on the sale of its assets to stalking horse bidder M Crowd Restaurant Group (“M Crowd”) pursuant to Section 363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. The transaction closed in December 2025.

M Crowd Restaurant Group is a Texas-based restaurant owner and operator with a portfolio of established casual and upscale dining brands. The acquisition of Razzoo’s expands M Crowd’s portfolio and footprint in the casual dining sector.
