Joshua Caldwell

Joshua Caldwell specializes in providing in-depth business and financial advisory services to companies, creditors, equity holders, the legal community, lenders, and other interested parties.

Joshua has over six years of professional experience in the Business Reorganization and Financial Services industries. He has worked with various stakeholders, including management and creditors, in Chapter 11 and out-of-court situations. He also has extensive experience in producing complex financial models, forecasting short-term cash flows, generating insolvency models, developing cash conservation measures, creating and assessing business plans, analyzing business profitability models, and conducting liquidation analyses. Prior to joining Stout, Joshua worked at other reorganization and financial service firms specializing in bankruptcy/restructuring and M&A services.
