Andrew Masotta is a Senior Vice President in the Special Situations practice of the Investment Banking group. He has experience providing financial and restructuring consulting services, as well as litigation support and forensic accounting.

Andrew has provided financial advisory services to business executives and bankruptcy attorneys in distressed situations, including matters involving out-of-court restructuring, Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, valuation of reorganized debtors, and liquidation analysis related to a plan of reorganization. Prior to working with the Investment Banking group, Andrew was a part of Stout’s Disputes, Compliance, & Investigations group where he provided consulting services across a broad range of commercial disputes, including litigation, bankruptcy and alternative dispute resolution. He has experience in matters involving post-transaction disputes, breach of contract claims, forensic accounting, insolvency analysis, and fraudulent transfer and preference payment recovery actions. 

Prior to joining Stout, Andrew was a Capital Project Analyst at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where he supervised the capital project accounting related to a facilities upgrade that required a capital investment in excess of $750 million. He was also responsible for asset accounting and implementing Sarbanes-Oxley controls at two production facilities.
