Zach Ryan
Senior Vice President
Zach Ryan is a Senior Vice President in the Investment Banking group. He brings extensive experience providing a full scope of transaction execution support with a focus on sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, as well as capital markets and strategic alternatives advisory. He has executed numerous transactions on behalf of financial sponsors as well as privately held and public company clients.
Prior to joining Stout, Zach was a Vice President at William Blair. Prior to that, he served as an Associate at J.P. Morgan and BMO Capital Markets. He began his investment banking career as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities.
