Rudi Moreno has over 25 years of experience supporting corporate and private equity clients in successfully executing on buy-side and sell-side transactions. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including diversified industrials, consumer and retail, healthcare and life sciences, construction, transportation and logistics, gaming, technology, and financial services.

Rudi’s focus is on post-merger integration and separation assistance across multiple functional areas. On the buy side, his experience spans from pre-close integration diligence, synergy assessments, day-one planning and execution to post-close integration and synergy realization. On the sell side, Rudi’s experience includes separation assessments, stand-alone cost assessment, day-one planning and execution, TSA definition and negotiation, and stranded cost analysis and mitigation. He works closely with corporate development teams, company functional executives, and their respective advisors across the deal life cycle in the context of both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Prior to joining Stout, Rudi was a Managing Director at KPMG, where he supported both middle-market and global Fortune 500 companies in executing on complex transactions. He supported companies in achieving their financial and strategic goals through mergers and acquisition activities. Prior to working for KPMG, Rudi worked at Cargill, Incorporated and Motorola, Inc. in Strategy, Corporate Development, and Operating positions. Rudi is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese and has significant experience in cross-border transactions.
