Supported a provider of building materials company in its largest transaction

Rudi’s team supported a major provider of building materials in executing the largest transaction in the company’s history, creating a market leader in the company’s respective market. Support provided included planning and executing that plan to integrate the business, validating, and building bottom-up business cases for major synergy opportunities. The support also included running an integration management office to execute the integration program and synergy realization, supporting internal and external communications, and laying out a plan for the longer-term systems integration.
