Rudi and his team supported an environmental services company in the acquisition of a carve-out of a business of similar size. As part of the diligence process, Rudi’s team supported the client in understanding carve-out considerations, cost impacts, TSA requirement, and potential synergies resulting from the acquisition. Post-signing, Rudi’s team helped define the day-one and end-state operating model to merge the business into the client’s existing business, as well as provided project management office services to manage the acquisition and integration program through six months post close.
