Assisted construction company with sale of a business

Rudi and his team supported a diversified construction and construction materials business in the sale of a non-core business line to the portfolio company of a private equity buyer. As part of this transaction, the team developed the operational separation strategy, estimated standalone cost impacts, defined potential transitional services to be provided to bidders, and supported the buyer in preparing the business for close, including working closely with the buyer on taking over key aspects of the business.
