Tim Osborne has experience that includes: valuations related to acquisition accounting and impairment testing for financial reporting purposes; valuations for corporate tax purposes; the business enterprise; fairness and solvency opinions for corporate acquisitions, including mergers, and other corporate transactions; and equity-based compensation.

Tim has extensive experience with the expectations of tax and financial reporting advisory and regulators. He also has worked in valuing intangible assets, including trade names and trademarks, patented and unpatented technology and know-how, customer-related assets, contract-based intangible assets (e.g., sponsorship agreements, media rights, long-term manufacturing agreements), software, and non-competition agreements.
