Naveed Yahya

Naveed Yahya has extensive experience providing professional valuation advisory services in the fields of financial reporting, intellectual property and intangible asset valuations, taxation, and corporate transactions.

He has also provided valuations for various SEC reporting requirements, including purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment testing, setting exercise price for employee stock options, and fair value marking for private equity investments. He also is experienced in valuations for estate and gift tax reporting.

Prior to joining Stout, Naveed was a Senior Valuation Associate at Empire Valuation Consultants, LLC. His responsibilities included performing valuations of various classes of equity for companies with simple and complex capital structures, limited liability companies, S-Corporations, stock options, and warrants.
