Jeff Zellner

Jeff Zellner is a co-leader of the Due Diligence practice. He has experience in professional services, primarily focused on leading due diligence engagements for both private equity and strategic clients. He has extensive expertise in the automotive sector, including OEMs, suppliers, off-highway, aftermarket, and dealership groups. Further industry expertise includes business & industrial services, consumer, and diversified industrials, specifically aerospace and defense.

Jeff advises strategic and private equity clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions. This includes evaluating normalized EBITDA and NWC requirements, analyzing carve-out financial statements, and assisting in post-closing support. He also has experience in cross-border transactions involving businesses based in the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia.

Prior to joining Stout, Jeff was a Senior Manager at Deloitte in the M&A Transaction Services practice.
