Andrew Gross is part of the ESOP & ERISA Advisory group. He has experience in the valuation of business interests in both private and public corporations, with a particular focus on the valuation of ownership interests in companies owned by employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).
Andrew has performed analyses related to ESOP security formation, determination of transaction fairness and adequate consideration, and annual employer security valuation updates.
Andrew's experience spans a diverse range of industries, including engineering & construction, professional services, government contracting and defense, diversified industrials, retail, consumer products, and food & beverage, among others.
