John Bone, David Haas, Michele Riley, Dana Trexler, Scott Weingust, and Steve Holzen have been recognized as top U.S. economic expert witnesses in this year’s IAM Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Professionals. The IAM Patent 1000 is a stand-alone publication that identifies individual and firm expertise in all major areas of patent law and practice. The guide is compiled through an extensive, five-month research process, including thousands of interviews with top attorneys at law, patent attorneys, in-house counsel, and other leaders in intellectual property.

Scott Weingust and Mitch Rosenfeld have been recognized as world-leading intellectual property strategists in the 2020 IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists. This publication identifies individuals who are leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies to maximize the value of IP portfolios. Individuals named to this list are identified through confidential nominations and an extensive research process involving interviews with senior members of the global IP community.
