Supported an industrial company in an acquisition

Rudi and his team supported a diversified industrial company in its acquisition of an environmental services business. As part of this transaction, the team provided pre-signing synergy and integration diligence, supported the development of its day-one operating model, and supported the client with integration support in both the sign-to-close and post-close period. As part of the effort, the team supported synergy refinement, realization, and tracking, helping the firm exceed its deal model synergy targets.
