Thavindra I. Ekanayake

Thavindra I. Ekanayake is a Vice President in the Business Valuation practice of the Valuation Advisory group. She has over seven years of experience providing valuation services to both public and private sector clients. She has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including business and industrial services, energy and power, healthcare, technology, media, and telecommunications.

Thavindra advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, fresh-start accounting valuation, business enterprise valuation, and the valuation of various intangible assets (i.e., developed technology, trademark/trade names, etc.) utilizing various forms of the income, market, and cost approaches.

Prior to joining Stout, Thavindra was an Advisory Consultant, and before that, she was an External Audit Associate at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
