Scott Safriet has more than 25 years of broad healthcare experience, with almost 20 years spent exclusively on a healthcare valuation focus, primarily addressing any type of agreement or compensation arrangement which may have Stark and/or Anti-Kickback implications.

Prior to joining Stout, Scott was a Partner with HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. Before that, he served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for a national in-home care services organization. During his tenure, he was responsible for all sales, contracting, and strategic alliance / M&A activities, resulting in an increase in annual revenues from $35 million to $95 million.

Before this, Scott was a senior executive with a national healthcare consulting firm whose emphasis was on strategy, business planning, and acquisitions/mergers and joint ventures. In addition, he spent the early part of his career as an established executive with a national managed care organization and was primarily responsible for physician and hospital network development activities in his select geographies.
