Scott Safriet ha più di 25 anni di vasta esperienza nel settore sanitario, di cui quasi 20 anni trascorsi esclusivamente nella valutazione nel settore sanitario, affrontando principalmente qualsiasi tipo di contratto o accordo di retribuzione che possa avere implicazioni Stark e/o Anti-Kickback.
Prima di entrare in Stout, Scott è stato partner di HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. In precedenza, ha ricoperto il ruolo di Vicepresidente delle vendite e dello sviluppo aziendale per un'organizzazione nazionale di servizi di assistenza domiciliare. Durante il suo mandato, è stato responsabile di tutte le attività di vendita, contrattualistica e alleanze strategiche/M&A, con un conseguente aumento dei ricavi annuali da 35 milioni di dollari a 95 milioni di dollari.
In precedenza, Scott era Seniore Executive di una società nazionale di consulenza nel settore sanitario, il cui punto di forza era la strategia, la pianificazione aziendale, le acquisizioni/fusioni e le joint venture. Inoltre, ha trascorso la prima parte della sua carriera come Established Executive presso un'organizzazione nazionale di gestione dell'assistenza sanitaria ed è stato principalmente responsabile delle attività di sviluppo della rete di medici e ospedali nelle aree geografiche in cui operava.
È un apprezzato oratore e scrittore su argomenti di valutazione sanitaria.
