Rich Barth has a diverse background that has enabled him to develop an impressive combination of leadership, transactional, and technical valuation capabilities. Since completing business school, he has compiled over 20 years of international investment banking and valuation experience.

During his career, Rich has worked in Singapore, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Southern California and has managed and executed a variety of engagements involving complex business and securities valuations including ESOPs, fairness and solvency opinions, financing, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, tax and financial reporting, and strategic alternatives.

Rich has provided advisory services to a broad client base, including boards of directors, start-ups, middle-market businesses, multi-billion-dollar enterprises, private equity and hedge funds, accounting and law firms, and high-net-worth individuals. He has experience in a variety of industries, including aerospace and defense, business services, consumer, energy and mining, media and entertainment, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, real estate, and technology, among others.

Prior to Stout, Rich spent 12 years at Vantage Point Advisors, Inc. before its acquisition. Other professional experience includes time at Goldman Sachs and Houlihan Lokey.
