Paul Holmes

Paul Holmes has extensive experience providing real estate valuation services to both public and private sector clients, with a concentration on valuations for financial reporting purposes.

Paul has provided numerous types of valuation and advisory services for a multitude of property types, including, but not limited to, multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and hotel properties. He has performed work across the United States as well as in Canada, Europe, and South America.

He has provided real estate appraisal and valuation services for a wide range of institutional investors. Paul has significant experience in real property valuations for financial reporting purposes, including business combinations and asset acquisitions (ASC 805), fair value measurements (ASC 820), and lease accounting (ASC 840).

Prior to joining Stout, Paul was an analyst with Morning Calm Management on its Asset Management team.
