Nicole Nucci

Nicole Nucci has over 18 years of assurance experience at local and national accounting firms, and she has worked with both publicly and privately held clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing and distribution, life sciences, consumer products, technology, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Stout, Nicole was a Director at Genova Group, where she assisted clients with a broad range of accounting issues, including implementation of the new revenue recognition standard, purchase accounting, debt modifications, consolidations, foreign currency translation, restatements, segment reporting, and share-based compensation. She also assisted clients with the preparation and review of financial statements and various SEC filings, such as annual and interim reporting.
