Nicole and team performed ongoing interim and annual financial reporting for a public life sciences company. This reporting process involved preparation of the financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis, which included consolidation, foreign currency conversion, and analytics. We also aided in managing its internal reporting process, which involved communicating with its executive leadership, legal representation, research and development department, and auditors while advising on technical accounting matters as needed.
