Nickolas Dreps

Nickolas Dreps is a Director in the Investment Banking Group. In that capacity, he focuses on merger and acquisition advisory, institutional private placements of debt and equity, and strategic consulting. Nickolas has experience in the area of financial reporting valuation, including business combinations, intangible asset valuations, impairment testing, and valuation of debt and financial instruments.

Prior to joining Stout’s Investment Banking Group, Mr. Dreps was a Vice President in the Valuation Advisory Group at Stout. Nikolas has experience providing transaction advisory, due diligence, financial analysis, professional valuation advisory, and economic analysis services with an emphasis on corporate subsidiaries and private and closely held companies. Prior to Stout’s Valuation Advisory Group, Mr. Dreps was an Associate at a Los Angeles-based global private equity fund, where he was responsible for deal origination and qualification, financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution.
