Nick Suter has extensive experience in the valuation of closely-held businesses, business interests and intangible assets for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting, strategic planning, litigation support (marriage dissolution; fraudulent conveyance, and others), mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, estate planning, and corporate tax planning.

His experience spans a diverse client base, from regional middle-market businesses to multi-billion dollar multinational companies, as well as private equity firms, law firms, and financial institutions.

Prior to joining Stout, Nick was a Manager in the Forensic and Valuation Services group at Grant Thornton LLP. There, he focused on the valuation of public and private businesses and related matters for purposes of financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, estate planning, taxation, corporate strategy, and litigation support.
