Nicholas Zugaro has over six years of experience providing valuation services to both public and private-sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including industrial products, automotive, retail and consumer products, technology, media and entertainment, healthcare, oil and gas, manufacturing, distribution, construction, transportation, trucking, restaurants, gaming, professional services, insurance, and financial services.
Nicholas advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, business enterprise valuation, stock-option valuation, audit reviews of third-party analyses, and the valuation of various intangible assets (i.e., developed technology, trademark/trade names, etc.) utilizing various forms of the income, market, and cost approaches. His experience spans a diverse client base, from regional middle-market businesses to multi-billion-dollar SEC reporting enterprises, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and accounting firms.
Prior to joining Stout, Nicholas was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Deals practice, performing various types of business and intangible asset valuations for financial and tax reporting purposes.
