Mike Knoblock

Mike Knoblock is a Director within the Investment Banking group. In that capacity, he focuses on merger and acquisition advisory, special situations advisory, institutional private placements of debt and equity, and strategic consulting. He has provided sell-side and buy-side advisory services for numerous transactions for financial sponsors, founders, and corporate clients in a diverse set of industries, including diversified industrials, distribution, consumer products, healthcare, and professional services.
Before joining Stout’s Investment Banking Group, Mike was a Vice President at Cowen in their Investment Banking group, where he focused on middle-market merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to joining Cowen, he was a Vice President at Quarton International. Mike started his career at Stout.
