Matt Kozel

Matt Kozel has over eight years of experience providing financial due diligence services primarily for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He has extensive expertise in the healthcare industry across a broad range of subsectors, including physician practices and services, healthcare staffing, long-term care, home care and hospice, dental practice management, behavioral health, revenue cycle management and consulting services, and hospitals.

Matt advises clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions. This includes quality-of-earnings analysis, quality-of-revenue analysis, working capital requirements, and post-close support assistance.

Prior to joining Stout, Matt was a Senior Manager at Berkeley Research Group in the Healthcare Transaction Services practice.
