Loïc Rubat

Loïc Rubat leads Stout’s Valuation Advisory and Transaction Advisory practices in Switzerland.

Loïc has carried out numerous cross-border transactions for private companies of various sizes in Switzerland, France, Western Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He has advised groups such as Acino, AKFED, Bayer, bioMérieux, Cofco, DSM-Firmenich, Emmi, Essilor-Luxxotica, Givaudan Michelin, Nestlé, m3, and Richard Mille.

Prior to joining Stout, Loïc headed PWC Switzerland’s Valuation and Business Modeling team for over four years. Prior to that, he spent over seven years at KPMG France in Deal Advisory, where he played a key role in supporting numerous clients and developing these practices with in-depth technical expertise in complex valuations, transaction modeling, and financial structuring. He has been a visiting professor of consolidation and valuation at Lyon III University and at HEC Lausanne.
