Kelly Campbell has more than seven years of consulting experience providing litigation and valuation services involving the calculation of damages in intellectual property and complex commercial disputes. Her experience includes matters involving patent infringement, including FRAND-related engagements, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract disputes. She also has testifying and consulting experience in evaluating domestic industry, remedy, bond, and public interest matters before the International Trade Commission (ITC).

Kelly has expertise in evaluating economic damages in the form of lost profits, price erosion, reasonable royalties, and unjust enrichment, among other damage remedies. Her financial, economic, and statistical analyses have included various forms of the income (analytical), market, and cost approaches. She is experienced in assisting clients throughout the litigation process, including creating early damages assessments, researching applicable case law, drafting expert reports, assisting in creating trial demonstratives, and preparing expert witnesses for deposition and trial.

Kelly has worked closely with trial attorneys and in-house counsel and has consulted for both publicly-traded and privately-owned companies. She has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries including automotive, fiber optics, gaming and entertainment, Internet/E-Commerce, mobile/telecommunications, oil & gas, retail, beauty, and consumer products, and software.

Prior to joining Stout, Kelly was a Manager at IPFC Corp.
