Johnny Lekosiotis

Johnny Lekosiotis brings extensive experience providing a full scope of transaction execution support, with a focus on sell-side M&A advisory as well as on assisting clients in raising capital. Johnny works regularly with private equity firms, middle-market companies, and family-owned businesses, as well as multinational and publicly traded corporations, across the industrial and industrial services sectors.

Prior to joining Stout, Johnny worked in the Transaction Advisory Services group at Baker Tilly, where he focused on financial due diligence and other M&A advisory services. He began his career as an Associate at Grant Thornton.
