Jake Kociencki is responsible for project management, client liaison, and appraisal production. His concentration is in commercial real estate valuation and advisory services, where he has 12 years of national and international appraisal, review, and management experience.
Jake’s experience includes assignments completed in 35 states as well as various international locations throughout Europe, Asia, and South America. His experience includes engagements for local and national clients for a variety of purposes including purchase price allocation, asset impairment testing, financing, estate and gift taxation, ad valorem taxation, marital dissolution, and property insurance placement purposes. Jake has also completed favorable/unfavorable lease analyses for portfolios in excess of 1,000 properties.
Jake has appraised numerous property types, including, industrial, office, multi-family residential, freestanding retail buildings, shopping centers and regional malls, full-service and limited-service hotels, manufactured housing communities, vacant land, and many special purpose properties such as golf courses, country clubs, marinas, sports arenas, stadiums, senior living communities, and ice rinks.
