Jack Kedroski

Jack Kedroski is a Senior Vice President in the Investment Banking Group at Stout. Jack brings extensive experience providing a full scope of transaction execution support, with a focus on sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory as well as on assisting clients in raising capital. Jack works regularly with financial sponsors, middle-market companies, and family-owned businesses.

Prior to joining full-time at Stout, Jack was a Summer Investment Banking Analyst for the firm, where he supported the Stout team on numerous sell-side M&A advisory mandates.
