Irina Krasnyanskaya has 20 years of experience at major banks, including Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Canada, and Jefferies, managing valuation functions across a variety of esoteric financial instruments. Her product expertise includes private equity and debt, the entire spectrum of securitized products and underlying collateral valuation, warrants, distressed securities, derivatives, and other complex transactions.
At the start of her career at Morgan Stanley, she built valuation models from scratch and performed deep-dive analysis across illiquid securities. Irina subsequently led Morgan Stanley’s EU Principal Finance and Securitized Assets Valuation. She designed and set up best-in-class valuation policies, methodologies, and procedures for esoteric instruments and principal investments.
At Royal Bank of Canada, Irina spearheaded structured assets and exotic derivative valuation, developing new valuation methodologies for esoteric assets. She also successfully defended the fair value analysis in front of regulators.
At Jefferies, Irina headed up the Valuation Group for North America across all products traded out of New York.
Prior to joining Stout, Irina was a Managing Director in the Alternative Assets Advisory group at Kroll, where she advised a variety of clients on private equity and private debt valuation.
