Greg O’Hara is the President of the Valuation Advisory practice at Stout. He has extensive experience in the field of valuation and mergers & acquisitions.
Greg has valued equity, debt, and derivative securities (stock options and warrants), as well as intangible assets, for a variety of purposes including: purchase and sale advisement; fairness opinions; financial and tax reporting; bankruptcy and reorganization; shareholder disputes; and other corporate, tax and litigation related matters. His experience encompasses a broad range of industries. Greg has presented continuing education seminars on the subject of valuation, corporate finance, and litigation support. He has also testified as an expert witness related to valuation and economic damage issues.
Prior to joining Stout, Greg worked at PwC and Keywell Corporation.
