Asset valuation in billion-dollar joint venture
Greg O'Hara ist der Präsident des Bereichs Valuation Advisory bei Stout. Er verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Bewertung sowie der Fusionen und Übernahmen.
Greg hat Eigenkapital, Schuldtitel und derivative Wertpapiere (Aktienoptionen und Optionsscheine) sowie immaterielle Vermögenswerte zu verschiedenen Zwecken bewertet, beispielsweise im Rahmen einer Kauf- und Verkaufsberatung, für Stellungnahmen zur Angemessenheit, für die Finanzberichterstattung und Steuererklärungen, in Zusammenhang mit Insolvenzen und Umstrukturierungen, Gesellschafterstreitigkeiten und anderen unternehmerischen, steuerlichen und rechtsstreitbezogenen Angelegenheiten. Seine Erfahrung erstreckt sich auf eine Vielzahl von Branchen. Greg hat Fortbildungsseminare zu den Themen Bewertung, Unternehmensfinanzierung und Unterstützung bei Streitfällen gehalten. Er hat auch als Sachverständiger zu Problemen in Zusammenhang mit Bewertung und wirtschaftlichen Schäden ausgesagt.
Vor seinem Wechsel zu Stout war Greg für die PwC und Keywell Corporation tätig.
