George Kokkinos

George Kokkinos has extensive experience providing valuation services to both public and private sector clients across a range of industries while specializing in the financial services sector.

George has advised his clients on business enterprise valuations and asset valuations, such as financial assets and liabilities (including residential and commercial real estate loans, consumer loans, private credit, and structured finance securitizations), and tangible and intangible assets.

He has worked closely with leading global financial services firms, large regional and community banks, traditional and alternative asset and wealth management companies, broker dealers, life and property and casualty insurance companies, investment banking firms, credit card and merchant processing companies, fintech companies, and specialty finance, lending, and trading companies. The purposes of the engagements have included financial and tax reporting purposes, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation support.

Prior to joining Stout, George was a Director in the Valuation Advisory Services practice at Kroll (f.k.a. Duff & Phelps).
