Elizabeth Neiberg has over nine years of experience providing healthcare valuation services. She has extensive expertise across a broad range of healthcare compensation valuation arrangements, with a focus on those arrangements that may have Stark and/or Anti-Kickback implications.
Elizabeth advises clients on the fair market value and commercial reasonableness of healthcare provider compensation arrangements, with a concentration on professional services arrangements, employment, medical directorships, compensated call coverage services, and hospital-based specialty collections guarantees and subsidies. She works closely with in-house counsel, law firms, corporate boards, management teams, and physician groups in the context of healthcare compensation valuation.
Prior to joining Stout, she practiced law as a litigation attorney with a small law firm in Chicago, followed by becoming a legal recruiter, placing top-level attorneys in law firms and corporate legal departments.
