Dave Pignataro

Dave Pignataro has experience providing valuation and financial advisory services to a range of clients and industries.

Dave advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies. He has experience with projects including portfolio valuations, purchase price allocations (ASC 805), goodwill impairment analyses (ASC 350 and ASC 360), stock compensation-related valuations (ASC 718), and business enterprise valuations. He also has experience with solvency and fairness opinion engagements.

Dave has served numerous industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, transportation, retail, technology, and professional services. He has worked with a broad client base consisting of private equity and hedge funds, venture capital firms, small and middle-market businesses, publicly traded enterprises, and business development companies.

Prior to joining Stout, he was a Senior Analyst at SEI Investments Company.
