Christopher Stearns

Christopher Stearns has over four years of experience providing financial and litigation consulting services, with a focus on intellectual property matters, to law firms and companies in the private and public sectors.

Christopher has quantified damages for both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes related to patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of contract. He has experience valuing intellectual property in a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, consumer electronics, healthcare, medical devices, oil and gas, manufacturing, and consumer products.

On client engagements, Christopher drafts reports, devises, and builds complex economic and financial models, and he constructs demonstratives that are presented at trial, among other undertakings.

Prior to joining Stout, Christopher was a Manager at Ocean Tomo. Before that, he interned at KPMG in the Finance & Accounting department.
