Chris Hannah

Chris Hannah serves as Chief Operating Officer of Stout’s Investment Banking group, responsible for developing and executing growth strategy, supporting M&A efforts, driving operational efficiencies, managing risk, leading infrastructure buildouts, and managing stakeholder interests.

Chris has provided mergers & acquisition and strategic advisory services to privately held, middle market and publicly traded corporations within the U.S. and internationally. Before rejoining Stout, Chris was a Vice President at Baird in the Global Healthcare Group. Prior to that, Chris worked in the Investment Banking Group at Stout within the Industrials team and began his career as an Associate at Houlihan Lokey.
