Bruce Robinson is an Advisor within the Investment Banking group and is based out of Stout’s Shanghai office.
Bruce is responsible for corporate finance and M&A advisory services covering a wide range of industries, including healthcare, education, financial and business services, technology and industrials.
Bruce has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and principal investing. Bruce has also worked in Shanghai since 2005 with an in-depth understanding of the business environment in China and developing Asia.
Most recently Bruce was a Managing Director with Avenue Capital Group (a U.S.-based private equity firm), leading its Shanghai office. Bruce also worked in the investment banking divisions for Banc of America Securities Technology Group, BancBoston Robertson Stephens Leveraged Finance, and Salomon Brothers Inc. (Citigroup) Industrials Group, where he provided investment banking services to private venture capital- and private equity-backed companies and Fortune 500 companies.
