Alisha Muzik has experience that includes providing valuation services to both public- and private-sector clients, and she has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction, transportation, restaurants, gaming, professional services, technology, cannabis, media and entertainment, and financial services.
Alisha advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on gift and estate taxation, purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, business enterprise valuation, stock-option valuation, and the valuation of various intangible assets (i.e., developed technology, trademark/trade names, etc.), utilizing various forms of the income, market, and cost approaches.
Alisha works closely with in-house counsel, corporate boards, management teams, not-for-profit directors, and high-net-worth individuals in the context of business valuation and equity valuation.
