Stout Expands Investment Banking Group With Three Senior Hires

Stout is pleased to announce the addition of three senior hires to build the firm’s Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services (ADG) sector coverage within the Investment Banking group. Cameron Hamilton joins as Managing Director and Head of the new ADG Services team, while Brian Ali and Alex Wilson join as Directors. All three join from FON Advisors, a boutique advisory firm serving the ADG industry.

Cameron brings nearly 25 years of M&A expertise in the ADG sector. In his career, Cameron has been involved in more than 100 successful sell- and buy-side M&A, ESOP advisory, and capital formation transactions in the ADG sector. Prior to FON Advisors, he spent 19 years with The McLean Group working on ADG-related M&A transactions. Before joining The McLean Group, he supported multiple capital raises and acquisitions for ClearCross, Inc., a leading international trade compliance software vendor. He holds an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University.

Brian holds a B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University and an M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. Alex holds a B.A. in History from Indiana University, where he also studied Business Management and the Russian language.

Cameron and Alex are based in Stout’s Tysons Corner office, and Brian is based in Stout’s Washington, DC, office.
