Brian Ali

Brian Ali is a Director in the Investment Banking group, where he focuses on executing M&A transactions for aerospace, defense, and government services (“ADG”) clients.

Prior to joining Stout, Brian was a senior member of the investment banking team at FON Advisors, a boutique M&A advisory firm serving the ADG industry. Before joining FON, he spent five years as an investment professional with 2XO Capital Management, where he executed multiple investments across the ADG and industrial markets. Prior to 2XO Capital Management, he spent nine years as a senior capital market professional at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and Macquarie Group, where he focused on international markets, including Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
