Before joining Stout, Brian focused exclusively on the national security and defense markets - as an investor with Battle Investment Group, a private equity firm focused on aerospace, defense, and government services, before spending several years across public and private market investing and M&A advisory roles in the sector.
Earlier in his career, Brian spent nine years as a senior capital markets professional at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and Macquarie Group, where he executed some of the largest equity capital markets transactions and IPOs ever completed globally.
