Stout Advises Stamback Services on Its Sale to FusionSite Services

Stout is pleased to announce that its client, Stamback Services, has been acquired by FusionSite Services, a portfolio company of The Cynosure Group. Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to Stamback in connection with this transaction, which closed in December 2024.

Headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, Stamback provides sanitation solutions and related site services to the Southern Arizona market. Stamback’s comprehensive suite of offerings includes portable toilet, VIP restroom, and roll off dumpster rentals and service, along with septic and waste processing services. The company serves a broad and diverse range of clients, including nationally scaled residential homebuilders, commercial construction companies, the local and federal government, and large event hosts, among others.

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, FusionSite is a national provider of waste management and temporary site services operating through a network of over 30 service locations across over a dozen states in the Southeast, Midwest, and Northeast United States. FusionSite offers a comprehensive range of waste solutions, including portable restrooms, restroom trailers, dumpsters, storage containers for short or long-term rentals, as well as essential services for homes and businesses such as septic tank cleaning and grease trap cleaning.
