Stout Advises on Sale of Sani-Matic, Inc. to Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners

Stout has advised Wing Capital Group (“Wing”) on its sale of Sani-Matic, Inc. (“Sani-Matic” or the “Company”), a designer and manufacturer of automated hygienic cleaning solutions, to Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners LLC (“HRCP”), a private equity firm based out of Stamford, Connecticut. Stout served as exclusive sell-side financial advisor to Wing and Sani-Matic in connection with the transaction.

Headquartered in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, Sani-Matic designs, engineers, manufactures, and services automated hygienic cleaning solutions serving some of the world’s leading customers within the attractive and resilient food, beverage, bio-pharm, nutraceutical, and personal care end markets. Since the Company’s inception in 1943, Sani-Matic has offered the broadest range of systems, components, and services in the industry and has been focused on providing solutions to make its customers’ lives easier through automation.

Hamilton Robinson is a private equity firm based in Stamford, Connecticut, that invests in entrepreneur and family-owned companies or corporate divestitures with a dominant position in their niche subsectors of B2B services and highly engineered manufacturing with revenues of $15 to $200 million and earnings of $3 to $15 million.

Wing Capital Group is an industrial and B2B-service-focused private equity firm located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Wing invests in companies with $10 to $100 million in annual revenue located in the Midwest and takes a long-term investment approach, helping organizations realize their full potential by investing in people, systems, and equipment necessary for growth.
