We were engaged by a regional health system and a leading provider of behavioral healthcare services to determine the value of various contributions that would be made in forming a joint venture de novo behavioral health facility. Contributions that we assisted the clients with valuing included land as well as the use of the health system’s brand/trade name.

Additionally, our analysis included performing market research to assess the reasonableness of the pro forma prepared by the clients through benchmarking projected financial performance of the de novo facility against 250+ inpatient psychiatric facilities across the United States.
