Joe Whiteside

Joe Whiteside has over five years of experience providing a broad range of valuation and financial advisory services to public and private companies.

Joe has experience providing fairness and solvency opinions for mergers and acquisitions, significant financing events, and other corporate transactions. In addition, he advises on enterprise valuations; purchase price allocations; goodwill impairment analyses; intangible asset valuations; and stock-option valuations for tax, financial reporting, and corporate planning purposes.

Joe has served numerous industries, and his experience spans a diverse client base, from early-stage startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Joe is co-chair of Stout’s internal Products and Process Committee, which promotes consistency, accuracy, and modernization of Stout’s proprietary models and client deliverables.
