Yalin Liu has extensive experience in loan portfolio valuation and CECL analysis. She has provided these services to institutional investors, banks, federal agencies, and other financial institutions.

Yalin’s expertise includes the loan-level mark-to-market valuation and credit risk analysis of diverse loan portfolios, with a particular focus on assessing the risk and performance of commercial real estate, residential, consumer, and C&I loan portfolios.

Prior to joining Stout, Yalin was a Senior Quantitative Analyst at DebtX Analytics, a financial advisory firm specializing in the valuation and stress testing of loans for a broad range of financial institutions and government agencies. Before her role at DebtX Analytics, she was part of The Debt Exchange’s Valuations and Analytics team, where she specialized in portfolio valuation across a range of loan types.
