William Graw

William Graw has over 20 years of experience providing valuation services to both public and private sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of specialties within the healthcare valuation field.

William is involved in all areas of healthcare real estate valuation, including medical office buildings, laboratory/bio-science facilities, ambulatory surgical centers, hospitals, and LTAC and specialty hospitals such as mental health and rehabilitation facilities. In addition to providing valuation services, he also has performed market feasibility studies, fair market value rent studies, and insurable value estimates.

Prior to joining Stout, William was a Director with Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, where he was responsible for all aspects of valuation advisory services, including consultation, appraisal of property, and client relations within the Valuation & Advisory Group of Cushman & Wakefield, focusing primarily upon retail properties and shopping centers.
