William M. Cavette

William M. Cavette has deep experience in real estate appraisal. Entering the field in 1985, William has worked throughout the United States, providing services to clients for lending, asset allocation, due diligence, lease negotiation, trust and estate proceedings, and market and site selection.

William works on appraisal and consulting assignments for a wide variety of property types in the real estate, senior housing, and healthcare industries. Those property types consist of proposed and existing properties including regional malls, community and neighborhood shopping centers, office buildings, business parks, industrial buildings, apartment complexes, mobile home parks, mini-storage facilities, skilled nursing facilities, senior apartments, assisted living, Alzheimer’s facilities, medical office buildings, and vacant land.

Prior to joining Stout, William was a senior appraiser with a major regional bank, and he served at local and national appraisal firms where he prepared appraisals and consulted on small to investment-grade real estate throughout the United States.
